Shafiq and Farhan are two 12 year-old boys who were switched at birth. The switch is only discovered when Shafiq needs a liver transplant. His parents, Said and Ida want to donate their liver but medical tests revealed that Shafiq is not their biological son. Desperate to save their only son whom they have loved deeply, they track down Shafiq's biological parents, Manaf and Nur, and meet their own biological son, Farhan.
