In Search of Heat

In Search of Heat follows private chef and photographer Kevin Lee on a journey of discovery in chilli. He meets inspiring people and through them, gains knowledge on the Singapore heritage with this simple ingredient. He will also explore adventurous ways to use chilli as he celebrates and tries to understand our love affair with heat.
