We meet social service agencies, healthcare professionals, legal experts, victims and families, to understand a lack of awareness about their long-term health effects. Vapes are now being laced with drugs like etomidate, ketamine, cannabis and cocaine. 

Despite tight border controls and stringent laws, the infiltration of vapes laced with drugs have steadily increased and with it, the consequences too. 

With demand growing, and supply chains getting creative, we traverse Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, UK and Thailand in a CNA Special to understand this new menace that is devastating lives and upending economies.
