Secret Delicious

Secret Delicious follows food writer Aun Koh, as he tours Asia, in search of off-menu items, hidden food gems and coveted access to spots that are completely off-the-radar.

In each city, Aun introduces us to chefs, restaurant owners, mixologists and other food bloggers who show him the most exclusive and hidden spots in town. We unravel what happens when a foodie hits town. Throughout his journey, Aun learns about the history and traditions of certain foods, and takes us behind the scenes to forage for ingredients that make these dining experiences so special.

In every episode, Aun will visit a different city in Asia, hoping to discover a Secret Menu, Secret Dish, and Secret Bar. Through the interactions with the people who operate these joints as well as the clients who frequent them, we explore how these gems have remained off-the-radar. In the course of discovering these secret places, we also uncover secret ingredients and recipes.
