We Can Do Hard Things

Episodic Information

In an offshore research facility located away from mainland Singapore, marine biologist Neo Mei Lin and her team from Singapore’s National Marine Lab fill rows of saltwater tanks with giant clams, cowries and all manner of hard corals.

The team has just begun the process of fragmenting corals collected from the seabed and attaching them onto Lego bricks for regrowth. But these bricks are just a small piece of a bigger and more complicated puzzle.

The two-part documentary dives into the underwater world of Dr Neo Mei Lin and her fellow marine scientists working on a three-year mariculture project.

We Can Do Hard Things shows us how small triumphs can add up to bring wins.  And why some people choose the harder route in life.
