As a food paradise, there are no lack of hawker stalls in Singapore. But why are there long queues at some stalls and non at others? Is it the food, the location or the packaging? Buzzing Hawkers is here to help stall owners who are struggling to stay afloat! A team of experts and renowned chefs will be gathered to dissect the problem for the stall owners, and to impart them culinary skills and knowledge. It will not be a walk in the park for these stall owners, they will have to go through a grueling “training camp”, and pass the taste test of not only their mentor chef, but also that of friends, family and a group of no less than 30 food tasters!
