One Last Dance 茶舞

T is a professional hitman. Every time he receives a red envelop with a name written inside, it means a life will be lost in this world. Captain is T’s confidant and probably only friend who plays chess with him and also helps T exchange messages with his beloved Mae, a bartender at TeAmo Bar.

One morning, Mae's older brother Ko gives T a call. Ko was commissioned by his friend Tak to find the son of Italian mafia boss Terranto. Ko captures three thieves and gets T’s help to extricate information from them. T kills them afterwards. Unbeknownst to them, one of the thieves is the son of the local gang leader, Mr Sa. Mr Sa hires T to kill everyone involved in his son’s murder, including T himself…
The film premiered at the 2006 Sundance Film Festival and at the 2006 Cannes Film Festival as part of the Tous Les Cinemas du Monde (All the Cinemas of the World) Sidebar.
