Turn Left, Turn Right 向左走向右走
John Liu, a talented aspiring violinist, and Eve Choi, a dedicated translator, are two lonely souls drifting through the bustle of city life. Though they live in the same apartment building, separated by nothing more than a thin wall, and may have unknowingly crossed paths countless times, fate never quite brings them together.
That changes one afternoon when they finally meet by chance at a circular fountain in a park. An instant connection sparks between them, and they spend a magical day discovering each other's dreams, fears, and hopes. For the first time in a long while, neither feels alone.
But just as their story seems destined to begin, an unexpected rainstorm cuts their time short. After hurriedly exchanging phone numbers, they part ways, certain they will meet again. The next morning, however, they make a heartbreaking discovery: the rain has washed away the ink on the scraps of paper containing each other's contact details.
Separated once more by circumstance, John and Eve are left with only the memory of a perfect day and the hope that fate has not played its final hand. As they search for a way back to each other, they must decide whether some encounters are meant to remain fleeting moments, or whether true love deserves a second chance.
Turn Left, Turn Right is based on the best-selling illustrated love story of the same title by renowned Taiwanese author/artist Jimmy Liao.
