Under The Net 力挽狂篮

Angeline (Valnice Yek), Bella (Gladys Bay), and Chris (Gladys Ng) have been best friends since forever, united by their love of Netball. After failing to realise their dream of winning the netball tournament in secondary school, they make a pact to do so in University. However, Chris ends up failing to enter William University and ends up in a rival school from her friends at Midway Institute.

Chris’s university is filled with part-time students balancing work and school. She tries to build a netball team from scratch, but those who join only care about losing weight or attracting guys. She puts together a plan to build up a team capable of winning competitions.

Meanwhile, Angeline and Bella have no choice but to form a team with a group of strangers that includes Arina (Nur Sabrina Nasir), their biggest rival back in school. The team hires Angeline's her stepsister, Lin Jiaqi, to train the team. Angeline assumes that Jiaqi would have her back in the team as her stepsister, but Jiaqi doesn’t treat her differently from the rest and even appoints Arina as the team captain, causing conflict between the sisters.

Chris's older brother, Wang Yunfeng (Gavin Teo), is the lead singer and guitarist of the popular William University band. Bella has had a crush on him for a long time, but believes that Angeline is interested in Yunfeng and decides she’s got no chance. Unbeknownst to her, Angeline is in love with Han Bin (Romeo Tan), a dentist twice her age.

In the course of their university tournament, Chris gets headhunted by a scout and receives an opportunity to try out for the national team. Just when she is one step closer to reaching her dream, Chris is diagnosed with incurable Type 1 diabetes and her entire world collapses overnight. Meanwhile, Angeline and Han Bin, Bella and Yunfeng find themselves at a crossroad in their relationship.

Each of the trio faces challenges, be it in love, their personal lives or achieving their dreams. Will they succumb to the trials or emerge from them a stronger person?
