Keep It Down 难言之瘾

Urologist Dr. Tang Yi Jun (Paige Chua) takes over her brother-in-law’s private clinic, where she works closely with psychotherapist Zac (Romeo Tan) and obstetrician-gynaecologist Dr. Lam Wei Kang (Desmond Tan). Together, they treat patients whose intimate health conditions reveal deeper struggles with identity, relationships and self-worth, from a teenager learning to accept herself after a PCOS diagnosis, to couples confronting sexually transmitted infections and sexual dysfunction.
The doctors face their own challenges too. After Wei Kang is diagnosed with testicular cancer, he and Yi Jun begin dating, but their relationship exposes Yi Jun’s unresolved trauma from being sexually harassed years ago. Meanwhile, Zac’s complicated relationship with his mother and preference for older women leads him into a relationship with Yi Jun’s aunt. As Yi Jun and Zac help each other confront their emotional wounds and fractured family relationships, feelings gradually develop between them.
But Yi Jun’s past returns when one of her patients is revealed to be the exhibitionist who traumatised her. Now suffering from penile cancer, he requires a life-saving amputation performed by Yi Jun. Upon discovering their history, he accuses Yi Jun of operating out of revenge, triggering an ethics investigation that threatens her career and the clinic’s reputation.
As personal, family and professional crises collide, Yi Jun and those around her learn that true healing requires not only treating the body, but confronting the fears and wounds they have long avoided.
