An intelligent chief accountant with mind-reading ability is forced to work with PI Zhao Zheng Yi, and together they solve some of Singapore's most intriguing crimes.

Khoo Kai Le, an intelligent chief accountant with Asperger’s, is diagnosed with an unusual brain tumor and is given 15 months to live. She discovers a new power – the ability to step into people’s minds and read their thoughts after her first radiation therapy. Being a single mother and having an aging mother to care for, Kai Le plans a daring heist of her company’s funds. With her newfound powers, Kai Le intends to get away with her crime, little did she realize that a private investigating company, CFI, led by Zhao Zheng Yi, is after the company she is working at.

Zheng Yi discovers Kai Le’s secret and blackmails her. Kai Le reluctantly joins Zheng Yi in a partnership that will lead them to solve some of Singapore’s most intriguing crimes, from financial scams, illegal betting to extortion and human trafficking.
