Doe-eyed hunks and jewels in palaces aren’t the only things hot in South Korea now. The food’s pretty hot too! Let the happening duo Michelle Chong and William Tsang show you the best cuisine to be found in the Seoul-ful country in two ways: as a curious tourist and humble homestayer! This is a show for fans of anything Korean, be it the traditional culture, scenic sights or colourful pop culture. K-buffs Michelle and Will will be trekking to the breathtaking location sets of memorable Korean tearjerkers such as Winter Sonata, Stairway to Heaven, Daejanngeum and My Lovely Samsoon. More unusual K-centric outings to places like a jade mine, the assembly plant of Kia Motors and the 2002 World Cup Stadium are also organised. Of course, for those more disposed to gastronomic joys, there’s always the food to fall for, line, hook and sinker. Watch out for fun moments as Michelle gets her hands dirty learning to make kimchi while Will sits down to a hearty vegetarian feast with a reverend!
