This much-awaited reality TV cooking competition aims to uncover Singapore’s next hawker star. 16 aspiring hawkers from varied backgrounds will battle it out to outwit, outlast and out cook each other to claim the ultimate prize of $30,000 cash. But the icing on the cake has to be a 1-year rent free stall for the winner to start off his very own food business.Featuring Celebrity Master Chefs, Alvin Leung a 3-star Michelin star chef with a dynamic personality, sharp wit and demanding of perfection, and Willin Low, one of Singapore’s most celebrated home-grown chefs, a nurturing mentor who looks out for personality, inventions and creativity.
