Set in Singapore, Yes Madam is a Chinese-language comedy series centered on Yang Lei ( Oon Shu An) , a Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) regular and Platoon Commander whose partner Jeremy Ang (Eden Ang)  ends up being placed under her command during his stint as a full-time National Serviceman (NSF). Besides conflicts between the couple, Yang Lei and Jeremy also face individual pressures from friends and family alike. This series features a female protagonist and seeks to explore issues related to National Service (NS) form an alternative point of view.
