This show explores the traditional cuisines of these distinct communities, as well as some of our local favorites, that together make Singapore a true gastronomical melting pot. Join host Sonia Chew as she learns how to cook various traditional dishes from culinary experts. After which, she will have to make these dishes herself and let the members of the public give their comments on her cooking. Will she be able to win the approval from the chef and Singaporeans?
